About Our Founder

Natalie Jenkins, a proud Maryland native and founder of StrateJenk, is passionate about building strong brands—and the people behind them. With over eight years of experience in brand strategy, communications, and coaching, she helps organizations shape perceptions, amplify impact, and connect with purpose. A Drexel University graduate, Natalie has worked with clients across sectors, from global corporations to grassroots nonprofits. She's also the co-founder of Black Women in Business and a certified life coach, committed to empowering communities and elevating diverse voices.

When she isn’t transforming the communication efforts of her clients, Natalie loves visiting new cities across the globe, reading great books, sidesplitting laughter, writing, and investing in building her faith and family.
